Carol Levin, a Registered Dental Hygienist, joined our staff in 1994. Carol graduated from Northwestern Dental School in 1971. She has been practicing dental hygiene both full and part time for the last 28 years. Working in both general and periodontic practices has provided her with opportunities for continued professional growth.
What does Carol enjoy most about the dental profession?
"What I enjoy the most by far is the opportunity to transform what can be for some people a dreaded and anxiety producing event (visiting the dentist), into a comfortable, informative, and non-judgmental experience. Too many people don't even go to the dentist because they are afraid of the procedures and do not want to be chastised for not taking better care of their teeth. As a dental hygienist, I am able to make patients both physically and mentally comfortable during their visit to our office."
Carol is married and has two children.
Life outside the office for Carol is filled with many diverse passions, one of which is her two soft coated Wheaton Terriers.
